Healing from childhood trauma and abuse is not easy but the journey begins with acknowledging that we are hurt and facing ourselves and our truth. There are so many different healing modalities and practices that you can implement in recovering from abuse but the most important is making a decision and a choice to own your past, present and future. In ownership comes a newfound lease on life and a new direction.
