The number one question that I get asked is how to start to heal from childhood trauma. The number one answer that I give people is ownership. What does ownership mean? In this episode of the Michael Unbroken Podcast I break down what ownership means, how to leverage your story to start your healing journey why it is through admitting that we were hurt that we can create the life that we want. Healing from childhood trauma and abuse is not easy but the journey begins with acknowledging that we are hurt and facing ourselves and our truth. There are so many different healing modalities and practices that you can implement in recovering from abuse but the most important is making a decision and a choice to own your past, present and future. In ownership comes a newfound lease on life and a new direction.

This episode will cover: Ownership, reconciling your past, using your past to create your future, how the childhood trauma brain works, and a secret message at the end!
