In this episode, we are now 202 episodes! I am so excited about that; I literally could not be happier about getting to tell you that we have released two hundred episodes now.

When I started this show a few years ago, my number one goal is I want to empower people, I want to give people the tools that I've discovered over the years that have helped me by bringing experts who can also help give us tools, and I'm always learning because I promise you, I don't know everything and it's an honor to be able to do this, it's a beautiful way to serve this community and it's a beautiful way to give back. And I'm always on the road, I'm always going to conferences, speaking out of events, learning, and coaching; being coached.

We have the opportunity in our life to be of service; we all do. I've decided to be of service and create Think Unbroken and do the podcast and lead in this way because I know one thing to be true, we all have the ability to be the hero of our own story.

Today is more of a celebration episode. So I'm not going to go into coaching or teaching today it's more of just an episode of gratitude to say thank you to every one of you, who leave the reviews, who share the post in the stories back to your story, thank you for all the people who show up, and they listen to every episode. I know who you are because you reach out to me, and it's meaningful, and I thank you for that!

200 episodes, Unbroken Nation!

I am so excited about that, I literally could not me more happy about getting to tell you that we have released two hundred episodes now.

I know if you're looking in iTunes or Spotify or whatever might say like 202 or 203, might say like 225, but since I redid the show, this will be 200, so we might be around actually 225 and in that I just want to take a moment to first and foremost say thank you all so much for listening, it literally means the world, I want to create contact, so you can understand the impact that you're having on the show last month in January we doubled the number of listens over December because of you; because you're sharing it, because you're commenting because you're leaving reviews because you're telling your friends about it because you're emailing me about it because you're going to thinkunbrokenpodcast.com and leaving voice notes about it, it means the world to me like really does. You know, when I started this show a few years ago, my number one goal, I want to empower people, I want to give people the tools that I've discovered over the years that have helped me by bringing experts on, who can also help give us tools and I'm always learning because I promise you, I don't know everything and it's an honor to be able to do this.

And it's a beautiful way to serve this community and it's a beautiful way to give back. And I'm always on the road, I'm always going to conferences, speaking out of events, learning and coaching being coached. And this podcast is a way for me, not only to share my experiences.

Here's what I think about all the time.

We have the opportunity in our life, to be of service, we all do and the reason why I've decided to be of service and create Think Unbroken and do the podcast and lead in this way, is because I know, one thing to be true, we all have the ability to be the hero of our own story.

We all have the ability to show up every day, but it requires massive commitment, like – getting the 200 episodes required massive commitment, at required a team at required Ruth, who's amazing in our podcast producer, it required Amanda, who's one of my executive assistants, who's a fucking rock star, right? It required me and all the other people, right?

The third party companies that work on this, the advertisers and sponsors you going and buying product, like – because the truth is this is a self-sustaining ecosystem, I make zero dollars from this podcast and the reason why is because I said to myself, I want this to be about value for people. And so every time you buy a book, every time you join a course, every time you do anything, like it helps us grow and so, I thank you for that. And as we're sitting here in episode, whether it's 200, or 220, or 300, or 500. I'm going to continue to make episodes, I'm going to continue to put this content out for you because I know that for many of you, it's beneficial.

And today is really more of a celebration episode. So I'm not really going to go into coaching or teaching today it's more of just an episode of gratitude to say thank you to everyone of you, who leave the reviews, thank you to everyone of you who share the post in the stories back to your story, thank you for all the people who show up and they listen to every episode. I know who you are because you reach out to me, and it's meaningful and I thank you for that. And to people who sponsor the show with buy me a coffee, and if you want more information on that you can just go to thinkunbrokenpodcast.com.

And ultimately it's about looking at life through this scope of the vision of what is possible when you decide to make your life possible. It's not far-fetched for you to be able to go and create the dream that you want, it's not uncanny or unlikely for you to be looking back on your life, in one year from now and being on a totally different circumstance. I think we underestimate time, so frequently where we look at them we have this measurement of time and we go, oh, well, you know what? If I do it tomorrow, I do it a week from now, a month from now. You've got to decide today, you have to commit today because if you don't decide and commit today, tomorrow will come; and then if you don't decide and commit tomorrow, a week, a month, a year and then you'll be on your deathbed like why don't I just do that thing? Why don't I just show up for myself and I know it's hard, I know it's scary, I know that sometimes you have to completely flip your life upside down, trust me, I've done it many times. And it will continue to do it every single time on a position that I'm out of alignment. I'll continue to do it every single time when I feel like I'm not showing up for myself, I will do it every single time when I feel like I'm not being of service in the way that I could be. Because ultimately the thing that I'm always thinking about is if I can make 200 episodes of a podcast, I can do anything. You can do anything, anything is possible like a wish that more people would understand the truth of the reality of the world that we live in today, right now, in this moment if you made a decision on a choice, and you said yourself, I am going to do this thing, I don't care what it is, quit the job, get in the relationship, start the podcast, no bullshit.

If you want to start a podcast and you're like, I don't know how to do it, email me, Michael@thinkunbrokenpodcast.com, I will literally tell you exactly how to do this, that's how serious I am because I want you to be successful.

And so that's an offer, if you're listening this episode, you're like, you know, what, I've always want to start a podcast, I want to share my vision, my voice, my ideas email me, Michael@thinkunbrokenpodcast.com, I will literally teach you how.

But the reality is this;

Today, here we are celebrating this awesome milestone and the only thing I'm thinking about is January 1st 2023 because I made a commitment at the beginning it starts at three hundred and sixty-five episodes.

Here, we are February, haven't missed a day yet, don't plan on missing a day, going to find a way to come through, keep my commitment to myself. I had this not recently and I know this is going to get hard like it's easy right now and know it's going to get difficult traveling, being on planes. I was in Atlanta, L.A., Arizona over the course of last month, right? And so, I think about that, it's like it gets difficult where you are now and your dreams and where you want to be that chasm, that space there, there's a lot of difficulty in there, right? So I'm thinking about January 1st, I'm like, all right, January 1st, 365 episodes, did I do it? The answer is, yes, I've already decided. There's nothing that's going to be, in my way of, there's nothing; nothing is going to stop me short of dying, right? And if you're listening to this right now, well, if you are listening this right now, I'm laid up sitting in my bed, recovering from surgery. So I'm getting it in today because I have surgery tomorrow and that means that I gotta show up today because if I have surgery and I can't record the episode and then I miss a day that means I got to start over, that means I got to go back to zero because sometimes you do have to go back to zero.

So I said to myself, right, show up record it, do the thing, get it in now, no excuses. Make sure the team has prepared, make sure they're ready to go, make sure I'm prepared and ready to go and then I have support.

And so the thing I want to leave you with, but I want to carry with you as you head into your day your week and this month, the rest of this year is to commit to yourself because if you don't keep your commitments to you first, how will you ever keep your commitments to anyone else? And I don't know about you, but I don't want to be that person that people see and they go they're unreliable. And I don't want to be the person in my own life, it goes, I'm unreliable. If you want to build confidence, if you want to build what is next in your life, you're going to have to show up and do the difficult things every day.

And so choose something difficult today. Make a decision about something hard in your life and see it through. Go through it. Fuck it. The worst thing that's going to happen is you're going to learn. And so I hope that you learn, I hope that you find some lessons and experiences in this process.

And with that, of course, I want to say thank you again because if you don't, listen, we just me, be me over here talking to this microphone and that would be weird. And that was the first four months, five months of this show. So I just have massive amount of gratitude, I know you guys could be listening to any podcast.

You could be following anybody on social media, reading anybody's books and the fact that you chose to be a part of The Unbroken Nation, literally means the world to me.

You know, it we'll be at 300, 400, 500 and 1,000 episodes and you are a part of this mission in that journey and for that, I'm incredibly grateful for you.

So as usual, Unbroken Nation.
