Sadly a scam
This podcast is a scam. Guests are charged an appearance fee, and the host lies to them about a) the number of listeners that he has, and b) subsequent opportunities that he'll supposedly provide after the episode airs. The reality is that hardly anybody listens. Guests are required to leave a 5-star review here, hence all the positive reviews. The host constantly brings the discussion back to being about himself - his sole goal with the podcast is self-promotion.
A God Send!
I have suffered from childhood trauma and co-dependency since the age of nine when my father and mother divorced and I had to become the caretaker of my mother, and my two siblings. I am now 68 years old and continue to be trapped by the past. This podcast has been an important part of my life beginning to change.

So far so great
Coming in a bad time of life where I am forced to look my traumas in the face and learn how to manage life better. So many different subjects and speakers on here. I personally like the solo podcasts in 20 mins. Those speak to me more directly. How to do steps!
Beautifully said

Honest and genuine insights
Michael provides honest and genuine insights about healing and processing trauma the impacts that unhealed trauma can have on men’s lives. He can be brutally honest but with an approach that shows how much he cares about helping men heal and become the heroes of their own stories.

Learning
Today is the day I’ve had enough of not being able to make a break thru I’ve for the longest thought that I was okay and everyone else is the problem but there’s always a right back to square one moment I’m hopeful that me turning completely around and realizing that my issues are the reason my life is the way it is because of not letting go and keeping my wall up.Ive been broken for a long time and I want to be unbroken.
Spoken very succinctly
So much good stuff packed into each episode “Self doubt and self sabotage are imprintings from childhood telling you that you are unworthy of success”
