Author & Creator of Paramour Paradox™

Kristen Crabtree is an author and creator of the Paramour Paradox™ project—a body of work centered around the question: Who am I, really?

After years of survival, performance, and chameleon-like adaptation, Kristen found herself standing at an existential edge. Layers had formed—masks, roles, and strategies that once helped her feel safe and secure. They were necessary. They worked. But they weren’t her.

When she stopped identifying with the victim story and the adaptation patterns that came with it, a deeper question emerged: If that’s not me… then who am I?

That question became the foundation of her work.

Through her Archaeologist–Artifact–Architect model, Kristen guides people through a process of self-revelation—excavating the True You beneath conditioning, survival roles, and inherited identity. From there comes self-reclamation: building what she calls the True You 2.0—the integration of truth and intention into lived reality.

At the center of her philosophy is “the jig”—a personal alignment structure that allows decisions to become simple, immediate, and internally coherent. When you are aligned with who you actually are, you don’t need endless discipline, forced motivation, or external validation. Your life begins organizing around clarity.

Kristen’s work is not about becoming someone better. It’s about uncovering the magnificence you forgot was yours—and carrying that remembered truth forward into your future.
