Amy McKiernan is the first time author of More Than A Survivor- Eight keys to overcoming sexual assault and finding a path to living a fulfilled life.

Amy wrote this book to provide gentle but transformative guidance, offering eight keys designed to empower readers to reclaim their narrative, take back their power, and create a life of love, confidence, and authentic peace.

She extends her advocacy as a presenter for Campus Outreach Services and Take Back The Night- bringing awareness and encouraging safety within communities.

Professionally, Amy has also built a successful career in Education, where her focus has always been on nurturing positive environments for children and adults. As the current Director of Employee Relations for five schools, her leadership is a testament to her exceptional ability in team building, collaborative problem-solving, and communicating with deep empathy—qualities that are central to her work helping others redefine their narratives.
